We offer Free Delivery to ALL European countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

International delivery also available for a little extra! – your country is not on the list? Please contact us! We will definitely work it out 

Deliveries will be made with the following options:

Deliveries to Switzerland: Will be done locally through the Die Post – this delivery normally takes 2-3 working days and there will not be any customs charges as it is done localy (yes, free of charge!).

Deliveries to Germany: Will be done locally through the Deutsche Post – this delivery normally takes 2-3 working days (yes, free of charge!).

Exception for deliveries to the UK: Sometimes we will dispatched locally through Royal Mail, if so, we will use the 2nd Class Signed For service – this delivery normally takes 4-6 working days (yes, free of charge!).

Deliveries to all other EU countries: Will be done through the Deutsche Post – this delivery normally takes 4-5 working days (yes, free of charge!)

International Tracked & Signed through the Deutsche Post this delivery normally takes 8-12 working days (depending on the country). Shipping prices for international deliveries depend upon the total weight of the order, up to 500gr, up to 1kg, up to 2kg. Orders weighing from 2kg to 5kg will be sent through DHL (with tracking and insurance!). This is the most efficient and reliable option (but it apply only for orders weighing over 2kg).

Please note that our definition of Working Days is all days, from Mon-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays and that delivery times are not guaranteed.

Please ensure you provide with a complete and valid delivery address. We do not except responsibility for delays due to a cause beyond our control. If you do not receive the products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing at our contact address within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

IMPORTANT:

If you wish to exchange your item(s), you can do so at your expenses (please use traceable or signed for services as you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them!). We will accept your item(s) back if they are unworn/ unwashed, with it's original tags and packaging and in fully re-sellable conditions. And once we received your item(s) back, we will invoice you the amount of €7 for re-sending the new item(s), and once paid, we will re-send them within 1 or 2 working days.
