Easy Returns and Exchanges
In simple words, if you wish to return or exchange your item(s), you can do so at your expenses (please use traceable or signed for services as you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them!). We will accept your item(s) back if they are unworn/ unwashed, with it's original tags and packaging and in fully re-sellable conditions.
In case of returns, we will refund you the full amount you paid within 1 or 2 working days, once we received your item(s).
In case of exchanges, once we received your item(s) back, we will invoice you the amount of €7 for re-sending the new item(s), and once paid, we will re-send them within 1 or 2 working days.

Our return locations are located in: United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland and France.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will provide the address of the nearest and convenient return point.
IMPORTANT: Due to BREXIT, we only accept returns on orders within the UK.
If, for any reason you wish to do so, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of products made to your specification, clearly personalised). You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after the products have been delivered to you. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel an order, you can either e-mail or telephone us via the details provide on this website. If you have contacted us to cancel before dispatching your order, your order will have been cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded.
If your order has been despatched by the time you request to cancel your order, please refuse such delivery or return to us if it has been received already. We will refund the full amount paid of your cancelled order once we have your order back in full.
If you return an order to us, we strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and tractable. You must take reasonable care for the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost, otherwise the returned goods may be rejected.
Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the products. We will accept them back, unopened, unworn/ unwashed, with original tags and in fully saleable conditions.
